WHAT ARE THE LEASE TERMS?

We offer 3 to 13 month lease terms based on availability.

WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?

Up to 2 pets allowed. Pet deposits and fees per pet: $200-$500 each, Monthly pet rent: $30 - per pet per month, Breed restrictions apply.

HOW DO I APPLY?

In order to apply, future residents must complete an application. An application fee of $50 for is required for each person over 18 to begin processing the application.

HOW SOON WILL I KNOW WHETHER OR NOT I'M APPROVED?

Once you have completed the application and paid the application fee, we will usually have an answer within 48 to 72 hours.

HOW MUCH ARE SECURITY DEPOSITS?

Studio $300
1x1 $500
2x1 $500
2x2 $500

WHEN IS RENT DUE/LATE?

Rent is due on the first of the every month. There is a grace period until the 3rd of the month. Late fees begin on the 4th.

DO YOU TAKE CO-SIGNERS?

Yes. There is a $50 co-signer application fee.
